Order processing & shipping

Order processing:

We are processing order from Monday till Friday. We do our upmost best to process your order the same day if the order has been placed before 12.00h  If we receive an order after 12.00h, we will process it the next day. We will keep you up-to-date using order status e-mails.

Shipping:
We will ship your order the same day if all parts are on stock. If we don't have enough stock of the ordered parts, we will put your order in back-order. Depending on the order volume we will ship the parts which are on stock, and ship the rest later.
 

Delivery time:

After sending your order you will receive a status update by e-mail. A track and trace hyperlink will be sent by transport company DPD.
